Don’t have a prescription? We will provide one for use on this website only. Just answer a few questions for and our doctor will verify your risk of having obstructive sleep apnea. We will send you a followup email as soon as we can if CPAP equipment is recommended for your condition.
Already have a prescription? You can email a scan of your prescription to us at drjak@soundsleepclinic.com and we will get back to you within a day.
